The paint is Outdoor Opaque by folkart. No sealing is needed. I tested the paint on a paver about two years ago. The paint has held up thru various weather conditions over long periods of time. With t.s. fay the walkway still looks great. I took pictures during the worst part of the storm to show the beating this paint has taken. I'll try to post it later, my computer's acting up right now.
